Staying Healthy with the Seasons
An approach to natural living is learning how to flow with the seasons and the natural cycles of the moon. Starting with the cycles of the moon is easiest to start.
We know the moon has a monthly cycle of 4 weeks. With the different phases of the moon we can sometimes react with our emotions and feelings. Animals are sensitive to moon cycles as well. Fish will bite on the full moon, as they are attracted to the light, while fish will generally not bite on the new moon, where there is an absence of light. The moon waxes and wanes, and so does organic life. The moon affects the tides, with its magnetic pull.
If you research biorhythms, you can find websites online that will provide this, and you can see what your own natural cycles of ups and downs, mental strength, physical strength are. Everything follows patterns and rhythms. It would be interesting to find what yours are.
Are there different times of the day when you are more alert? Are you a morning person or a night person? What time of day were you born? Does your best time happen to coincide with your time of birth? It may or may not, but just looking at your own peaks and valleys through the day is a start of living a more natural life.
